Maple
So do any of my followers play Maplestory? It took me a while to get into it, but now I'm loving my character. I've got a lvl 45 Wild Hunter, and she's a beast. Boyfriend's got a lvl 50 Mech, and he's a beast too.

How Do You Feel? Number Three
This time it's Mr. Stephen Fry:
If you don't recognize him, he played Gordon Deitrich in V For Vendetta. He is a brilliant, brilliant man in my opinion. In 2009, he participated in The Intelligence Squared Debate, which you can view here:

Mini Eclairs
I wanna share a recipe with you guys: mini eclairs. I made these a few days ago, kind of a pain in the ass to make, but they are SO freaking good.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (I used cheesecake pudding)
2 cups milk
2 cups whipped topping
1 can (16 oz) dark chocolate frosting
(Optional, but I put 1/3 cup sugar in as well; makes the bread taste better)
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease two baking sheets. Heat the butter and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Quickly add flour and salt. Beat with a wooden spoon until the dough pulls from the sides of the pot and forms a ball. Let cool for 5 minutes.
2. Whisk the eggs into the dough until the mixture is smooth and shiny. Spoon the batter into strips on the baking sheets, spaced well apart. Bake until crisp and golden, 20-25 minutes.
3. Split the eclairs lengthwise and scoop out the doughy centers. Cool on a wire rack. Meanwhile, prepare the pudding with the milk according to the package directions. Fold in the whipped topping.
4. Spoon the pudding into the eclairs and replace the tops. Microwave the frosting on HIGH for three minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drizzle the frosting over the eclairs and serve.
